The Owner Shem Prattis started out his construction journey in plumbing school and continued in different plumbing companies throughout four years. In 2015 after working in different industries, he decided to move to Hamilton to persue his passion to flip houses. After acomplishing his first goal, he sold his home and found a job as a superintendant at a large two building property where he managed and serviced a 245 unit portfolio. During this time he purchased and flipped a triplex. after this he moved up working at a few more management companies, and in 2022 he decided to open his own handyman business after seeing a need in the community for more proffesionalism in the handyman field.
